Obesity now become a problematic part of our regular life. Globally 13% adults are obese. Due to increasing obesity most of adults are becoming patient of many severe disease.
Obesity doesn't occur all of a sudden or any specific fat increasing food. Obesity comes from unhealthy life conditions and over all food or diet practice. Most of us doesn't care much about health when it comes to try our taste bud. But it is hampering our health slowly, it works like slow poison.
We become conscious about health when it goes out of our control or express abnormal health condition. Most of us try to maintain healthy lifestyle and health but we do not have any clue from where to start. Globally 39% adults are suffering from over weight issue.
If any one wants to loose over weight to maintain a good shape and stay they can follow the following steps:
1. Burnout: Burning out calories helps most to loose over weight. We need to consider how much do we intake through daily consumption of food and how much we are burning through physical activity. If a person consuming 2000 calories daily then he/she should must burn more than 2000 calories to reduce excessive fat from body. To do that, they can walk, do home workout (push ups, squats, jumping jack etc) or go to the gym.
2. Understanding your body condition: In order to loose weight we need to understand the condition of our health and it's strength. Without understanding health condition sudden change or pressure can create physical problems. When you are working on loosing weight. You must take care about flexibility, strength and tolerance level of your body.
3. Diet: Diet is the main key of Weight reduction. Our food habit defines our health condition and nutrition level in our body. We must have to be sincere about what we are eating or drinking. If someone really wants to loose weight he/she must need to reduce unnecessary food consumption such as fast food, oily food, sweet and artificial sugar based food and beverages. To loose weight, must have to focus on basic food and nutrition so that body doesn't get ill mannered at the same time.
4. Avoid unhealthy habits: Our unhealthy habit and practices also cause obesity. Such as smoking, drinking alcohol, drug abuses. We need to stay away from these habits inorder stay fit and inshape.
5. Sleeping schedule: Overweight also comes from wrong sleeping schedule which make our body more weak, less tolerance to disease, also create psychological issues. According to Doctors and medical practitioners first slot of night (9.00 pm - 12.00am) is best time to go for sleep and that must not cross 6-7 hours as adult. Maintaining scheduled sleeping time helps to reduce fat and make our body more functional.
Loosing weight is not tough besides it's not that easy. People may think how it could be possible? It's possible only when someone wants to do willingly. It requires patience, consistency and commitment with self.
If anyone wants to reduce excessive amount of weight that person atleast need to follow above mentioned steps to get visible results within 3-6 month. It's a long term process and have to keep patience to meet "stay fit" goal.
